Is there any additional costs?
Matteo offers free express delivery on orders above 200 USD for US and above 200 EUR for Europe.
In case you order doesn't meet the threshold for free shipping, you can check the shipping costs on the checkout page.
Besides shipping costs (in the case you don't meet the threshold), there's no additional costs. Taxes and delivery duties (if applicable) are already paid by Matteo.
How can I track my order?
After the checkout, you shall receive email updates throughout the process, including the tracking code via email, as soon as the order is shipped. With this code, you will be able to track the status of your order in real time on the carrier's website. The tracking code will also be available on our website in the logged session.
Additionally, Matteo Client Services team is also available to assist you with this process, if necessary.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
