Bruno Biazzi
Bruno is the Creative Director at Matteo, responsible for the creation of Matteo universe, including design, advertising campaigns and brand image since our foundation.
Before founding Matteo, Bruno's experience traces back to his childhood when he used to spend his days at his aunt Lucia's atelier. Later he pursued his passion for arts in both architecture and cooking, and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Brazil.
Bruno holds a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from SENAC Brazil and University of Barcelona.
Lucia Biazzi
Lucia is the Head of Matteo's atelier, responsible for the modeling and production at Matteo.
Before Matteo, Lucia's journey began back to the first gown she ever sewed for a client at the age of 12. She later worked as a seamstress in her region before moving to Santos, Brazil’s main port city, where she worked in a boutique’s workshop. In 1982, Lucia opened her own sewing workshop, focused in garments for the society individuals of Santos. In 1995, Lucia relocated to Louveira City, a city near São Paulo, where she opened her new workshop dedicated to assembling couture gowns for Brazilian fashion designers and creating made-to-measure garments.
In 2020, Lucia and Bruno decided it was time to bring their shared passion to life by founding Matteo.
